Dubai roads are long, the desert is closer than it looks, and the difference between a minor inconvenience and a bad day is usually one well-chosen accessory in the boot.

The category breaks into four groups that matter. Jump starters are the one to prioritise. A petrol car needs roughly 200-300 amps to turn over a hot engine, and the desert heat is what kills a weak battery. Yes, with a 150 W inverter for a typical laptop. Read the continuous output, not the peak rating — a unit advertised at 300 W peak may only sustain 100 W. For sensitive electronics choose a pure sine wave (also called true sine) output, which is quieter and gentler on chargers. Use the inverter while driving or with the engine running so your car battery is not drained.

Which diffuser works best for bakhoor in a car?

Rechargeable electric incense burners are the most practical for a car because they leave no smoke or ash on the upholstery and you control the intensity. Add a fragrance diffuser for a subtler, longer-lasting scent after the bakhoor has finished. Keep both out of direct sunlight — dashboard heat in summer will evaporate the fragrance oil quickly.
