Welcome to iOffer.ae ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (ioffer.ae), mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "iOffer UAE App"), and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases on our Platform. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.2 Account Creation

You may create an account using your email address or through social media login options (Google, Apple, Facebook)
Guest checkout is available without account registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

2.3 Account Termination

3.4 Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED)
Prices are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as mandated by Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax
Prices are subject to change without notice
Pricing is uniform across all UAE emirates
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation

3.5 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer

3.6 Digital Invoices

In compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023, we provide detailed digital invoices for all purchases made through our Platform. Each invoice includes:

Itemized list of products/services
Individual and total prices
VAT amount and total amount
Customer details
Company details and license information

Digital invoices are sent via email and are accessible through your account on our Platform and mobile app.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Orders can be placed through our website or mobile app
An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email/notification
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

4.2 Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Buy Now Pay Later through Tabby
Buy Now Pay Later through Tamara

4.3 Payment Processing

All card payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
We do not store your complete card details
For COD orders, payment must be made in cash to the courier upon delivery
For Tabby and Tamara, you will be redirected to their platforms to complete the installment payment setup

4.4 Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting customer support
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the product as per our Returns Policy
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days

4.5 Order Cancellation by iOffer

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock or unavailable
Pricing or product information errors
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Inability to verify customer information
Force majeure events

"iOffer," "iOffer.ae," "iOffer UAE," and our logo are trademarks of IOFFER DOT AE FZE. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.

9.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9.4 User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content
You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion

10. Product Reviews and Ratings

10.1 Review Guidelines

Reviews must be based on your genuine experience with the product
Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
Reviews must not include personal information
Reviews must not contain promotional content or links

10.2 Review Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines

11. Promotions and Discounts

11.1 Coupon Codes

11.2 Flash Sales

Flash sales are limited-time promotional events
Flash sale prices are valid only during the specified period

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The laws of the Emirate of Sharjah shall apply to matters not covered by federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Free Zone Status

As a Free Zone Establishment registered with SRTI Park, certain aspects of our operations are governed by Free Zone regulations. However, consumer-facing transactions and e-commerce activities are subject to UAE federal laws on consumer protection and e-commerce.

15.3 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to resolve disputes informally. We are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and efficiently.

15.4 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise prescribed by applicable UAE federal law.

15.5 Alternative Dispute Resolution

In accordance with UAE consumer protection laws, you may also seek resolution through:

Consumer Protection Department of the relevant Economic Development Department
UAE Consumer Protection Authority
Online Dispute Resolution mechanisms as may be established by UAE authorities

15.6 Arbitration (Optional)

If both parties agree in writing, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) or any other mutually agreed arbitration forum, with the arbitration conducted in English in the UAE.

15.7 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by UAE law, you agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action.

16. Mobile Application Terms

16.1 App License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the iOffer UAE App on your iOS or Android device.

16.2 App Permissions

The App may request access to:

Location services (for delivery address and localized offers)
Camera (for product search and customer support)
Photo gallery (for uploading images for returns/support)
Push notifications (for order updates and promotional messages)

You may control these permissions through your device settings.

16.3 App Updates

We may release updates, upgrades, or new features
Updates may be required to continue using the App
We may discontinue the App or features at any time

16.4 Third-Party App Stores

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of service of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics
War, terrorism, civil unrest
Government actions or restrictions
Labor disputes
Telecommunications or internet failures
Supplier failures

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IOFFER DOT AE FZE regarding the use of our Platform.

21. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice to you.

22. Changes to Terms
