      How to Track Your Order

      Tracking your order is easy! Here's how:

      1. SMS/Email Link: Click the tracking link sent to you after shipping
      2. Order Tracking Page: Visit ioffer.ae/track and enter your order number
      3. WhatsApp: Send your order number to +971 545 878 363

      You'll receive tracking updates via SMS and email at each delivery milestone.

      Understanding Order Status

      Your order goes through these stages:

      • Order Confirmed: We've received your order
      • Processing: Your order is being prepared
      • Shipped: Your order is on its way
      • Out for Delivery: Courier is delivering today
      • Delivered: Order completed!

      How to Cancel an Order

      You can cancel your order if it hasn't been shipped:

      1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 545 878 363
      2. Provide your order number
      3. Request cancellation

      Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may return the item after delivery instead.

      Refund timeline: 5-7 business days to original payment method
